Meet the parents. First day of September when I had lunch with my second mom and second dad for the second time meeting. The first time happened when Honey left for San Francisco. We had dinner together then off to the airport to accompany him and serve as his well wishers. The first time was nervously exciting and hopeful that everything would turned out fine, well it did. But this get together was different because I was able to have fun with my folks with only me by my side.

Nanay, Tatay (with RS, Charm, Choy) and I went to MOA to have lunch. Conversations with the family arouse. We had vast amount of laughter, spoonful of stories and flabby stomach.

We spent the afternoon to a coffee shop then Nanay, Charm and I went to shop baby clothes. The experience was really fun, I was already picturing myself buying stuffs for my mini-me. After the day’s activities, we went to the bus station to wish them their safety going home.

Luv u. ” Nanay

But the day’s not over. I invited Charm to have dinner with me and my good friend Gelyn in Makati. The three of us spent the evening chatting like high school girls over pasta and steak.

Later that evening Gelyn and I had chitchats over spa. Best place to spend a day with a friend, yes, it is just a three letter word ” SPA. We talked about our man, reminisce our friendship and discuss our plans. We miss each other so much, maybe because we are neighbors, I am the godparent of her son, we are friends since we are 13 years old, we talk like we swallowed a megaphone, we borrow each other clothes and we hardly see each other.

For the record, in just a month I already finished four books. This outcome was one of the impossible that became one of the best self improvements. Finishing a leaf full of book can take me months to finish and now I am in the right track.

These past few days, my parents and I are in search for the best Hong Kong package that is affordable, reasonable and could give us promos that we are hoping for months now. Peak season, I know! Now, we can’t find the “affordable” we are in search for.

Busy, bus, busy, busy, busy. Or I really am making myself busy. Whatever. I just don’t want to get interrupted and the fact that I badly don’t want to be idled.

In my workplace? Don’t ask, or I’ll kick your back.
